Hey!

Welcome to my blog. I'm here to share with you all of my favorite places to eat. Hope you find the restaurant that's right for you!

Being a pescatarian that doesn’t consume dairy or eggs, it has been YEARS since I’ve had pizza. YEARS you hear me!!! YEARS!!! This shouldn’t be allowed. I’m pretty sure that’s a crime.

So when I came across a pizzeria that served vegan pizza while staying in Boston, I rushed over there as quickly as I could. All Star Pizza Bar is located on Cambridge Street in the town of Beacon Hill, Boston, right down the street from the train station.

All Star Pizza offers something for everyone. Their menu is broken into four categories: 1) Meat Pizzas 2) Vegetarian Pizzas 3) Vegan Pizzas and 4) Build Your Pie. This is an unpretentious pizza spot that allows all pizza lovers to come together for the sake of tomato sauce and melted cheese plastered on dough. However, in comparison to most pizza spots, All Star Pizza is on the pricey side. So don’t do go there expecting $2 slices!

I ordered one slice of the Queen Margo vegan pizza. The vegan pizza was topped with jerked jackfruit, roasted peppers, onions, vegan mozzarella cheese and fresh basil. First thing first, I was happy about the fact that their slices are pretty big, because some pizzerias try to play you and give you baby slices. As if I’m not a grown ass woman and I work hard! Give me my food!

I thoroughly enjoyed my pizza. The crust was light and thin, while the toppings were plentiful and brought so much flavor to the pizza. This is definitely a spot that I would visit to grab a slice, but I don’t know about an entire pie, because they go for $24! I’m good on that!
