I started off with the smashed avocado toast with pico de gallo, which was very filling, tasty and topped with fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, the bread was burnt in a few areas, so some parts were impossible to chew through. Despite that, I still enjoyed the toast. In my opinion, nothing beats a good avocado toast in the morning.
Next I had the Impossible Burrito Bowl, which consisted of Impossible taco crumbles, pico de gallo, avocado, tortilla chips, vegan nacho cheese, and pickled chilies over brown rice. This colorful bowl was a delight to eat. It satisfied quite a few of my food cravings in one bowl. It was well seasoned and everything complemented each other well. I couldn’t tell when was the last time I had nacho cheese, so I definitely enjoyed eating that.
